First Responders/Healthcare Workers Support Group: Mondays at 7pm
This group will provide a space for first responders and healthcare workers (any ages) to express and process feelings relating to their experience with COVID-19.
High School Seniors Support Group: Tuesdays at 3pm
Connecting with peers to normalize feelings and concerns about the unexpected changes to the end of this school year, while learning healthy ways to cope with anxiety, frustration and sadness.
Moms Self-Care Group: Mondays at 7pm
Develop daily self-care skills and stress management, while normalizing the difficulties associated with parenting during COVID-19.
Grieving the Loss of “Normal Everyday Life”: Thursdays at 7pm
This group will explore changes to what we considered "normal everyday life" and how to cope with these changes (adults ages 24-40).
Art Therapy: Wednesdays at 5pm
Art therapy techniques are employed in order to help participants (ages 6-9 years old) express themselves both visually and verbally, while developing coping skills to manage anxiety, panic and worry.
Art Therapy: Saturdays at 10am
Art therapy techniques are employed in order to help participants (ages 9-12 years old) express themselves both visually and verbally, while learning healthy coping strategies.
Teens Coping Skills Group: Mondays at 4pm
Online support where teens (ages 13-17 years old) can connect with peers, to build healthy social interactions and improve self-esteem, while learning ways to cope with stress, anxiety, conflict, and change in mood, due to on-going changes affiliated with COVID-19.
College Life Disrupted - Coping with Changes to College Life: Wednesdays at 5pm
This group will explore changes to traditional college life and how these changes have affected incoming, current and graduating college students.
