Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met? Do mental health services apply to it?
• What will my copay be each session?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Do I need a prior authorization?
  

You can also contact our office to verify that we accept your plan or to get assistance understanding your benefits.

Please inquire with us to determine if you have in or out of network benefits for mental health. As a courtesy to our clients we will submit out of network claims on your behalf at your request. This prevents our clients from having to submit the claims on their own with a superbill and pay all fees up front and waiting for reimbursement. 

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, Check, and Credit Cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a missed session fee of $65.
